Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

• Due to hygiene reasons, worn or damaged items cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized items (e.g. name-printed shirts)

• Sale or discounted items, unless faulty

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed for size or gender changes, subject to stock availability.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
